Fuel Line Flare Wrench
Fuel filters are very tough to remove on many Asian vehicles especially Hondas and Toyota. The brass nuts tend to bond to the sheet metal fuel filter housing. Usually access is limited and conventional flare wrenches are too long and the open end is not strong enough to break the connection. These are caged flared wrenches. There is a reinforcing web on the back side of the flare end. This keeps the wrench positioned and gives it extra strength to prevent jaw spreading. Note that there are two sizes of this product: 17m and 14m.(See pull down menu for prices). Check your owner's manual for fuel filter location and recommended change intervals.
